Two corporations were formed for the training of young Ukraine university students and graduates to learn western business standards while living and working in eastern Ukraine. The first, Highest Solutions, was legally formed to provide business training and English school teaching as well as receiving an international recruiting license from the Ukraine Ministry of Labor. We are especially proud to receive this license as we have been told it is the first to be given to a U.S. (foreign enterprise) company without the extra payment of fees for issuing the license. While it did take us almost 2 ½ years to receive it, we have been successful in sending young professionals to the U.S. for work.

We also received a business license for a training institute and for schools from the state of Dnipropetrovs’k. We have given teaching positions to 12 teachers for teaching English, French and Japanese. We also provided a business teacher for a local English school here. We have participated in several national job fairs and assisted in support of two national training seminars. Several of our teachers have successfully left Ukraine to work in England (London), Italy, UAE and the U.S. We were happy to share in their success while at the same time, we were sad to be losing a valuable member of our staff.

Our second corporation, “Winterwood” was formed to provide practical business experience in building construction and design based on western standards. A real estate department was also formed to help train sales agents and investment managers to provide expert help and advice for western investors to conduct business here (to buy and sell legally according to western standards of law). Winterwood is also licensed for consulting and was specifically registered for real estate project development.
